In addition to the aforementioned password and Calligrapher support, this program is loaded with options. It's the kind of program that grows with you. One of the "little" features that I really appreciate is the ability to read a document without the fear of accidentally altering it. From the menu screen, you can select a file by single-tapping it, and its contents appear in the lower pane.
There are more organizational options than I'll probably ever use, but it's nice to know they're there. The program even keeps track of statistics, so I can tell how many words, characters, and characters with spaces there are. It even supports the joypad on Casio E-15s and E10Xs.
HPC Notes even interfaces with Contacts, and allows you to import information from one of your contacts into your current document. And if that's not enough, you can send an email message directly from HPC Note, or set up a notification time when HPC Notes will notify you with an audible tone, and...well…I could go on, but you get the idea. This is a great application for the P/PC.
