Windows CE Services 2.2 by Microsoft
Last but not least, and perhaps the most important must-have utility of all on our list is Microsoft's Windows CE Services 2.2 (at http://www.microsoft.com/windowsce/Products/download/wceserv.asp).

If you have a Windows CE 2.X device, it probably came with a CE Services 2.0 or 2.1 CD. Windows CE Services 2.2 fixes many common bugs and annoyances with the original synchronization software, plus it greatly improves synchronization performance as well. At over 4MB, it's a hefty download, but you'll be glad you got it.
